Relationship Goals – Hobbies Connect You More

It’s not surprising that when people meet they become so close that their habits and thoughts resemble.

Opposites attract but this works only in the very beginning when you have just started to date. Later on you come to realize how good it is to have somebody who understands you well, who knows how many spoons of sugar you have with your tea, who can watch the silliest comedies with you and laugh until the tears come out.

Every time we are being introduced to new people we judge them based on looks and clothes, their status and achievements. This can only be enough for a couple of friendly conversations but is it good for the rest of your life?

Of course, it is important that you are proud and feel lucky to have your partner. The level of their success can bring you benefits too. Also people take you more seriously depending on who our soulmate is. Unfortunately, it’s the reality. But it takes life experience to get everything right in your head.

We all know that communication does miracles. Nothing can ever be sorted without a constructive dialog. Many social experiments have shown that couples that are willing to “sit down and talk” have more progress in relationship and will definitely stay together longer than those who don’t.

In addition to this I would like to say that there are tricks to have you stay with your partner more than you normally could.

First of all, you have to know that you need to spend as much time together as you can. Don’t exaggerate though. By spending much time together I mean all the time you can and want to dedicate to your partner.

If you are dating, try to spend as much time together as you can by making plans and visiting new places. When you live together, create a love nest (by this I mean your Home), where you will enjoy your time in two.

No matter what you do, simply do it together. Hobbies are the best time-spending. I will tell you from my experience. Me and my partner are different in lots of things.

He likes to read, I’d rather watch TV instead, but we both like to pay poker so we do. He enjoys watching thrillers and I am a very romantic type but we have found a few documentary films that keep both of us interested.

He’s been a smoker for 10 years and  I wanted to quit because I have smoked for more than 5 years. Both of us decided to try vaping one day and liked it so much we keep ordering vape pods and liquids from Vawoo all the time. He likes them strong and I like my taste mild, he will go for Cherry Coke and I will probably choose Vanilla or Strawberry but both of us will sit outside and enjoy this moment together.

All I am saying is that you need to find those matching points and stick to them. These hobbies will bring you close despite all of the disagreements and differences you have. It’s okay to be different. It’s totally fine to have your own point of view. It is not okay to refuse to spend time with the loved ones thinking you can’t find anything in common. Of course, you can.

Don’t ever give up on each other before you try. Communication, spending time together, getting same hobbies are the keys to a happy life. Connection is exactly what you need to have a “honeymoon” every day.
